The Economic Research, Modelling and Policy (ERMP) Division is charged with the responsibility of undertaking macroeconomic research, providing advice and formulating policies. These policies aim to ensure price, currency and exchange rate stability in the economy while promoting general economic growth.

These policies aim to ensure price, currency and exchange rate stability in the economy while promoting general economic growth.
The Division also provides support to the Bank’s regional and international engagements and initiatives, as well as general policy advice on real sector, monetary, external sector issues.
To enable the effective and efficient discharge of this responsibility, the Division has four specialized Departments, which are interdependent.
