The Division serves as the Bank’s primary communications interface, managing internal and external communication, media engagement, and public relations. Through clear, timely, and coordinated communication, the Corporate Affairs Division supports transparency, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and protects the reputation of the Bank.
The Division also ensures that all Bank events, engagements, and official interactions are conducted in accordance with established protocol, reflecting professionalism, consistency, and respect for institutional standards. This includes oversight of ceremonial events, official functions, and high-level stakeholder interactions.
